Edith Frost’s “Telescopic”: album review

Edith Frost’s second album, 1998’s “Telescopic” has some of the same Beatles / Grateful Dead psychedelic folk flavor of the prior record, though there’s a little more fuzzy lead guitar, and the impression is less Angel Olson / Sharon Van Etten than on “Calling over time.” Still a decent list, but a little listless and low-energy sounding in places.
