“The Lobster”: Film review

If you thought the dating game was rough out there in the real world, at least you’re not required to find a mate in 45 days or be transformed into the animal of your choice, or alternatively hunted in the woods as a loner prohibited from any romantic involvement.
Entertaining and at times quite funny, managing to reach heights of tense anxiety, ultimately this feels strained and forced: why are so many of the lines delivered dead-pan and toneless?
