“Evidence of Blood”: Film review

Following the death of a close childhood friend, Jackson Kinley returns to the small town where he grew up and becomes embroiled in an investigation of a forty year old murder case, running into small town mentalities and obstacles to his inquiries before getting closer to the final truth of what really happened. There’s a reason this was a TV movie.
